AJIBS-COMPUTERS NIGERIA  ENTERPRISES  is a duly register indigenous company with the aim of filling the yearning gap in the area of choosing right and subsequent repairs and maintenance of IT equipment. ANE is an integrated Information and Communication Technology Company (ICT) which focuses on delivery products and services of improved and advanced technology. ANE has executed projects with various Government parastatals/Private Companies and Embassies in Abuja and outside the FCT both in Training, Workshops, Sales, maintenance of all type of Office Equipment and Hardware supplies.

Our mission is to continue to provide sterling quality services to our clients in order to give their equipment a zestful lifespan and an effective functionality that will translate into adequate value for money in their domestic and business needs.

SERVICE CONTRACT:

In a bid to achieve our stated mission, we have carefully designed this service for our clients and other prospective clients in order for them to meet up their obligations of always ensuring that their equipments are in good conditions for their businesses to operate with a very minimal downtime at a very reasonable cost that will be well spread out so as not to affect the cash flow of their business.

The service contract will entail an agreement signed between our esteemed clients and our company to render periodic maintenance/repair services on their entire Computers like: IBM Typewriters, Compaq, Dell, Hewlett Packard HP, Toshiba, Intel Laptop/Desktop computers and Printers etc.  In terms of Photocopiers Machines like: Electrostatic Sharp Analog/Digital AR205 5520, 5818, 5127 etc, ARM150, 316, 256, 236, 276, 350, 351, 451, Sharp MX-M700, 620, 550, 450N, etc. Copiers/IT related equipment at a reserved sum as may be agreed upon by both parties.

The advantages inherent in this service includes but not limited to the following:

Ø It ensures that your systems are functional at all times. Adequate precautionary advices are offered to forestall an imminent collapse.

Ø It ensures that you have prompt and efficient service at your beck and call as at when due AND enforces commitment from us since services are already subscribed for in the contract agreement.

Ø It eliminates extortion from technicians who might want to take advantage of clients’ ignorance and emergency situations. History of equipment are documented and taken into cognizance when repairs/maintenance is being carried out.

Ø Total maintenance/repair cost for the year will be drastically reduced because the service contract will eradicate arbitrary billing. It provides mutual relationship/trust between both parties over a period of time.

Ø It’s the surest way to handle your business’ equipment repair/maintenance without being physically there, since there is a periodic visit scheduled.
