Service of Office Equipment: This
includes two types of contract assignment on any given equipment for the period
of one year or more.
Comprehensive
Maintenance Method: This is the most economical service
agreement that enjoy full time of our company in terms of servicing and general
repairs of such machine. Our client, in this aspect only provides primary
consumables for such equipment, while our company provides all other needed
spare parts for the equipment involved throughout the period of the agreement.
Thereby preventing damage and inflation of prices of spare parts for such
machine. Therefore, it becomes the responsibility of our company to make sure
that the equipment involved is kept in perfect working condition for the period
of the agreement.
Non
– Comprehensive Maintenance Method:This method of
maintenance involves our company in being responsible for only servicing and
making sure such equipment covered by this agreement is attended to any time we
hare informed that the equipment needs service attention. Therefore it would be
the responsibility of the Embassy to provide for all the needed spare and consumable
i.e primary or secondary.

SERVICE CONTRACT:
In a bid to achieve our stated mission, we have carefully designed this
service for our clients and other prospective clients in order for them to meet
up their obligations of always ensuring that their equipments are in good
conditions for their businesses to operate with a very minimal downtime at a
very reasonable cost that will be well spread out so as not to affect the cash
flow of their business. The service contract will entail an agreement signed
between our esteemed clients and our company to render periodic
maintenance/repair services on their entire computers, Copiers/IT related
equipment at a reserved sum as may be agreed upon by both parties.

service contract will eradicate arbitrary billing, It provides mutual
relationship/trust between both parties over a period of time, It’s the surest
way to handle your business’ equipment repair/maintenance without being
physically there, since there is a periodic visit scheduled.
DEFINITIONS
“(ANE)” means AJIBS NIGERIA ENTERPRISES
“Buyer” means the party
purchasing a service
“Service” means the work promised to be
performed by ANE as set out in the proposal of service.
“Purchase” means commissioning service.
Buyers agree to purchase and ANE agrees
to furnish response to buyer requests for maintenance services in accordance
with the terms and conditions specified below at the installation location
(Abuja).
TERMS
OF AGREEMENT
It is the intent of this agreement that
ANE will maintain the equipment covered here under in good operating condition,
furnish remedial maintenance during the principal period of maintenance, and be
responsible to the maintenance needs of the buyer subject to the condition
herein.
The Principal period of maintenance may
be any consecutive eight hours, selected by the customer/client between 8.00a.m and 4.00p.m Monday through Friday,
legal Holidays excluded.Extended coverage beyond the principal period of
maintenance is available to the customer/client, the ANE prior approval. Such
extended period shall be resigned as the contracted period of maintenance and
must include the entire period of maintenance. In terms Major and Minor
maintenance.
All other equipment is subject to
inspection and approval of ANE prior to inclusion under this Agreement.
Customer/Client shall pay the then prevailing ANE Non-contract service rates
for such inspection and for all parts and labour required to place the
equipment in good operating condition.
ANE
RSPONSIBILITIES:Provide Remedial Maintenance during the
contracted period of maintenance when notified that the equipment is in
operative. ANE will normally respond
to a call for remedial services within the next four hours of the contracted
period of maintenance, provided the Installation Location is Nigeria.
